
Ingredients
Graham Cracker Crust
- 9 graham crackers 1 sleeve, finely crushed
- 6 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
Cheesecake Filling
- 16 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/3 cup super fine sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 275 degrees F. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Make your graham cracker crust by stirring together crushed graham crackers with sugar and melted butter. Divide crush amongst cupcake liners and press into the bottom.
